The love affair between art and film started the moment the film camera was invented. This spring, Bonniers Konsthall will investigate the centurylong relationship.

A Trip to the Moon. Before and After Cinema

Lisa Jonasson is next in line for the Bonniers Konsthall exhibition series In The Spetsen gallery, in which artists are invited to make new work for the tip of the exhibition hall. Her figures have been blown up and decorate the glass walls of the Spetsen gallery. A room within the room holds her richly detailed and colorful collages.

Our new book 14 Billions (Working Title) showcases more than 200 images of the making of Argentinian artist Tomás Saraceno’s 400 cubic meter installation of a Black Widow’s spider web that was exhibited at Bonniers Konsthall in 2010.
